By using Fundology — the website, the app or the API — you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Fundology provides general information about funds, ISAs and pensions. It does not provide investment, tax or legal advice, it does not recommend any investment, and it does not arrange or carry out transactions. You are responsible for your own decisions; the risk warning applies to every figure on the site.
About the data
- Prices and most returns come from third parties, including TradingView, and are at least 15 minutes delayed.
- Data can be incomplete, late or wrong. We check it against the rules in our methodology and show the source and date beside each figure, but we cannot promise it is accurate.
- Where a figure cannot be checked, we leave it out rather than guess.
If you find a figure that looks wrong, tell us; we correct mistakes and say so.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the app or the web. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other people.
Fair use of the site and the API
- Do not scrape the site or send automated traffic that degrades it for others.
- Use the API within the limits in its documentation; where a key is needed, use your own and do not share it.
- Data from third parties remains theirs and is shown under their terms; attribution lines on the site stay with the figures.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date above shows when they last changed; material changes are also noted on this page.
These terms are kept under review and may be revised after legal review.
